Thank you for your interest in The Polished Gent. In order to provide our customers with the most affordable pricing, we have decided not to carry in retail, at the moment. At this time, you may purchase our products on this website only. Do you send samples of your products?

Since we are strictly an online store, we don’t have samples for customers to try. However, if you don’t like the products after using them, please contact customer support about obtaining a refund.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Orders submitted on our website process quickly and your order is immediately placed. Regrettably, we cannot cancel or modify your order. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please consider that shipments require an additional 3-5 days to process before shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

You have visited the US website. At this time we are not shipping outside North America. We may enter into other countries as we continue to grow but at this time we are unable to assist inquiries outside of the United States and Canada.

How do I login to my account?

What is your animal testing policy?

This issue is an absolute priority to the founders of The Polished Gent.  We have developed a rigorous safety evaluation procedure alongside our manufacturers in order to preserve the quality of the product while not causing harm to any animal whatsoever. We do not test ingredients on animals and do not tolerate any exception to this rule.

This program is designed to be the most economical and convenient way to insure that you never run out of your products. Once a month, you will receive a new shipment of products selected, plus free shipping. Please note that by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions on the checkout page and selecting Auto Ship, you are authorizing The Polished Gent to charge your credit card and ship the products until you cancel this program.

Is my order and credit card information secure?

Yes. All your personal information is secured using SSL. Your credit card information is captured and stored separately from your order to prevent unauthorized use. Remember you can always call customer support (866) 359-GENT to place your order.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We are so confident that you are going to love, The Polished Gent, that we are offering a no risk return policy for the first 30 days. Simply contact customer support to submit for a full refund as long at the refund request is made within the first 30 days of purchase.

What do I need to do in order to return the products?

To return your product, please provide customer support with the original order confirmation email that includes the last four digits of the credit card used for the purchase. Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the package selected plus sales tax. Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds and customers are responsible for return shipping charges. The credit will appear on your bank statements within 1-2 billing cycles.
